Service Interruption October 16

On Sunday October 16 we experienced a prolonged service interruption affecting ATMs, MemberDirect internet banking and point-of-sale transactions. We apologize for any inconvenience our Members experienced.

The service interruption was caused by equipment failures at two companies that facilitate these services. Both of these companies have advised us of corrective actions that will allow them to deal with problems of this nature in a more timely manner.

We suggest you contact your branch to review your off-line processing limits.

Again, we apologize for the service interruption and we want to let you know we take this matter very seriously.

– Gerry Dreger, Senior Manager Sales & Service

This dispute will not impact our members within our communities in Cranbrook, Fernie, Elkford and Sparwood, it is business as usual.

Contact your branch if you have any questions.
