Mobile and Manufactured Home Mortgage
Overview
- financing available for mobile homes on leased land, and on owned land
- CSA approved single, double, or triple wide
- eligible for financing under CMHC guidelines
- de-registered mobile homes on owned land may be considered under standard mortgage guidelines

- If you plan to pay off your mobile home loan early and the home is on a rented pad, you will not pay the penalty as you would with a regular mortgage
