Join our Mobile Team

This role gives you the flexibility you want along with a base pay and commission pay structure. As part of our Mobile team, you will deliver the credit union’s emerging mobile commercial services program to capitalize on regional business development opportunities through relationships with members, prospects, and community sales partners such as realtors, builders, brokers, developers, financial planners, and other centers of influence. This unique role allows you to work within your home office, network extensively within the area, and provide excellent service to members - something EKC is known for.

What You Will Do

  • Work with senior management in the medium- and long-term design of the mobile commercial services network to expand the credit union’s market penetration in commercial business markets
  • Actively participate in the pricing of mobile commercial products and services, and in the design of innovative new products.
  • Develop an annual sales and service plan with targeted outcomes, and actively pursues their achievement
  • Meet short, medium, and long terms sales and growth targets.
  • Through community outreach and engagement, explore and pursue emerging opportunities to develop community partnerships, and continuously build relationships with key community partners and agencies.

Qualifications Required

Do you have a passion for helping people and a reputation for sales success and building relationships in your career? The ideal candidate would have the following:

  • Completion of a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • A minimum 7 years of related experience in a financial institution
  • Valid BC Driver’s License


  • You are highly motivated with demonstrated ability to quickly develop strong relationships internally and within the business development channels.
  • You bring to the team or have experience developing a well-established network of stakeholders.
  • You are an excellent communicator, having the ability to take complex ideas and simplify the message so others understand.
  • You are flexible to work around your members’ schedules, whether it is in the evenings, weekends or during regular business hours.
