What Else You Should Know About HyperWALLET
1. If you already have a hyperWALLET account, contact hyperWALLET at 1-877-925-5381 and ask to have your account switched to East Kootenay Community Credit Union.
2. You can only have one hyperWALLET account per East Kootenay Community Credit Union account number.
3. You must have an email address to open a hyperWALLET account. You can only have one hyperWALLET account per email address.

How to Sign Up with HyperWALLET through East Kootenay Community Credit Union MemberDirect:
· Logon to MemberDirect with your Branch Name, Member Account Number and
     Personal Access Code.
· Select Accounts > hyperWALLET Account.
· Select the link "Create a hyperWALLET account."
· Choose the East Kootenay Community Credit Union account you would like to use to receive
     funds from hyperWALLET (i.e. Chequing or MasterPlan). Click on Continue.
· Confirm your account selection and click on Continue.
· Complete the "Sign Up for hyperWALLET form and click on Sign Up. Note, you must answer
     all questions and accept the User Agreement or your hyperWALLET sign up will not
     be accepted.
· Click on Continue to return to MemberDirect banking and complete your registration.
· Login again to MemberDirect and select Accounts > hyperWALLET Account.
· Again, select the link "Create a hyperWALLET account."
· Click on Continue to complete the sign up process and register your account.
· Confirmation of your registration is displayed including your hyperWALLET account number.
· You are now ready to use your hyperWALLET account. Note, when accessing hyperWALLET
     you can use either your email address or the account number assigned to you, along with
     your password.

Adding a new financial institution to HyperWALLET:

1. Sign into Hyperwallet as usual.

2. Under the Heading ‘Wallet Tools’ select CashOut

3. Go down to the Heading ‘NEW Financial Institution Account’

4. Select ‘Canada (Canadian Dollar)’

5. Click ‘Continue’ at the bottom of the page

THEN you will get a selection of Institutions to choose from

THEN the following screen appears, and fill it out according to the instructions.
